Space Clarity
A focused design session for those looking for overarching design direction before anything else. Mood board, a few sourcing suggestions, a priority action list and a follow up email thread for any lingering questions. Starting at $500

Design Direction
Full concept through to a curated, shoppable sourcing plan. Floor plan, material direction, and two revision rounds. Does not include procurement. Starting at $2000

Design Lead
Concept through completion. Procurement, vendor coordination, and installation oversight and styling. I carry the design intent all the way through, working alongside licensed professionals where required. Pricing by request.

Signature Millwork
Custom furniture or built-in design for clients who want something that can't be bought. Includes coordination and partnership with a local fabricator to bring design to life. Custom quote.
Note: My work does not include architectural, engineering, or licensed professional services. Where those are needed, I coordinate alongside the appropriate professionals and remain your design lead to ensure nothing gets lost between the design and the build.
